The Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) recorded that the non-tax state revenue (PNBP) in the fisheries sector reached Rp. 57.7 billion as of September 2018. This figure is approaching the PNBP target of Rp. 70 billion in 2018.

"I have to collect the PNBP data from 47 companies listed in quarantine. Generally, the KKP will increase its PNBP," said Head of the Fish Quarantine Agency, Quality Control and Safety of Fisheries Products of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs (KKP) Rina when met at the Grand Hyatt, Jakarta. Friday (12/10/2018).
Rina explained, KKP PNBP has increased every year. In 2016 PNBP revenue was IDR 52.86 billion from the target of IDR 14.02 billion and 2017 was IDR 69.78 billion from the target of IDR 36 billion.
Rina explained, electronic system transactions using EDC (Electronic Data Capture) have minimized illegal collection. So all funds that must be deposited to the KKP come without going through an intermediary.
EDC would immediately received the money straight into the bank. She also said that it will be more neat and clean with the systems.
