Salmon Mentai Rice is the kind of processed food which is happening in the market. The delicious taste of it will melt in to your mouth. It makes Salmon Mentai Rice popular with many people. Mentai or mentaiko is a Japanese food derived from tarako or pollock fish roe seasoned with pepper. Over the time, mentai has modified into some variant processed foods, including those we often encounter today. Most restaurants replace mentai with tobikoa.k.a orange-colored flying fish roe which are often used in sushi.

For those of you who like this processed salmon menu, you can try to make it at home. Here are the following steps.
Ingredients:
*Seasoning for rice:
2 small portions of white rice
2 tablespoons of nori powder
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
*Seasoning for salmon:
130 grams of salmon
2 tablespoons of soy sauce, smeared onto the surface of salmon
*Mentai sauce:
200 ml of Japanese mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of Mentaiko (salmon fish roe can be replaced)
1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of chili sauce
Chili powder to taste
Steps:
1. First, we make the butter sauce. Prepare a bowl, pour all the ingredients for the sauce into it. Mix well.
2. Season the rice with nori powder, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
3. Transfer the rice to a heat-resistant dish or you can also use aluminum foil packaging. Spread the rice, set aside.
4. Now it's time to process salmon. Separate salmon meat and skin. Then cut the salmon into thin slices to size according to taste.
5. Cover the salmon with soy sauce until smooth, then arrange the salmon into a baking pan. Bake briefly using a blow torch until the surface changes color.
6. Arrange the salmon on the rice surface, pour the mentai sauce over the salmon until it is even and covers the entire surface.
7.Bake the surface of the mentai sauce with a blow torch until it turns brown. Add nori powder or parsley on top as garnish.
