This fish is unique. The large eyes, making this fish called Red Bigeye fish The Priacanthidae, the bigeyes, are a family of 18 species of marine fishes. Ingredients:

2 Red Bigeye fish

2 tomatoes

3 celery sticks

3 spring onions

5 cm ginger

1 red onion

1 clove of garlic

Cooking oil

1 teaspoon of sugar

A pinch of salt

1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

Enough water

 

Steps:

1. Wash off the fish and other ingredients then slice the tomatoes and ginger, onion, celery, and spring onion

2. Prepare hot oil then fry fish and ginger until yellowish. After that, add onion, garlic and tomatoes

3. After the tomatoes begin to wilt, add celery and spring onions. Then add a little water

4. Put salt, sugar and soy sauce as the compliment. Then, Red Bigeye stir-fry tomatoes is ready to serve
